摘要: 再制造作为国家新兴战略性产业,高度契合了国家发展循环经济的战略,得到政府和企业的高度重视。再制造成形技术能够恢复废旧零部件尺寸、恢复甚至提升其服役性能,是再制造工程的核心。综述再制造成形技术的国内外研究和发展现状,比较分析国内外再制造成形技术和再制造成形质量控制标准的差异,并重点从“尺寸恢复法”再制造成形技术、“尺寸恢复与机械加工”融合的再制造成形技术和再制造成形质量控制与评价方法三方面,详细阐述我国再制造成形技术的最新成果。在此基础上,提出我国再制造成形技术的发展趋势和发展策略建议。

Abstract: Remanufacture, taken as emerging strategic industry, greatly meets national strategy of recycling economy, and has highly valued by government and enterprises. Remanufacture forming technology (RFT) is the cored content of remanufacture engineering, which can rebuild original size of the worn pieces, and at the same time, restore or even upgrade its performance. It states current status of RFT in the world, and comparatively analyzes difference between China and other countries on aspects of RFT and its quality standards. Novel achievements on RFT in China are elaborated in the following three parts: additive RFT, the machining combined RFT, and quality control and evaluation for remanufacture forming. At last, it prospects developing trends of RFT in China, and proposes the advisable strategies of developing RFT.
