摘要: 研究低压三相大电流母线桥正常运行中噪声偏大的问题。首先,采用棱边有限元法计算母线桥的三维涡流场,得到磁感应强度和电磁力在母线桥中的分布规律。然后,应用有限元和边界元结合的方法,将涡流场计算结果作为激励分析母线桥的振动声学特性,确定结构的主要振源和声源。根据分析结果,提出改善母线桥噪声的措施,并对各项措施进行数值模拟和试验研究。对比计算结果与试验结果验证了数值计算的可靠性和降噪措施的有效性。

Abstract: The noise of three-phase low voltage and heavy current busbar bridge system is studied. First, electromagnetic field is calculated by using edge finite element method. Then, the finite element and the boundary element method are combined together to analyze the vibration and acoustic characteristics of the system by using node electromagnetic forces as load. Based on the analysis, methods are proposed to reduce the noise. The results of numerical simulations and experiments show that the noise can be reduced effectively by using these methods.
