摘要: 阐明了应用变频驱动技术是液压电梯的重要发展方向,是解决液压电梯的高能耗问题的有效途径。分析了变频驱动液压电梯节能原理,对变频调速液压动力系统主要环节的功率消耗特性进行了试验研究。与传统的阀控系统作对比,同样工况下,采用变频驱动的液压电梯系统能够提高效率、降低能量消耗,具有显著的节能效果。在其他液压提升机械中也有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: VVVF-applied technique is the main developing direction of hydraulic elevators, and it provides an efficient way to reduce the large energy consumption of hydraulic elevators. The energy saving principle of VVVF controlled hydraulic elevators is studied. The experimental power consumption characteristics of elevator hydraulic circuits are obtained. Compared with the conventional valve controlled hydraulic elevator under the same working conditions, the VVVF controlled one has higher efficiency, lower energy consumption. VVVF technique also has a broad application to other vertically moved mechanism driven by hydraulic power.
