新型三辊皮尔格曲面构型设计方法及成形效果分析研究

Design Method and Forming Effect Analysis of New Three-roller Pilger Heterosexual Surface Configuration

摘要: 目前,冷轧管机市场主要由两辊锥形辊型和三辊周向同圆辊型的冷轧管机构成。两辊锥形辊型冷轧机具有道次变形量大,产量高的特点,但其产品精度低;三辊周向同圆的辊型冷轧机具有轧制精度高的特点,但道次变形量小。因此,以传统两辊锥形辊型设计方法为研究对象,结合三辊周向同圆的辊型断面设计方法,构建一种新型三辊皮尔格曲面构型设计方法,用于解决传统两辊锥形辊型冷轧机产品精度低的缺陷。借助有限元仿真软件,对两辊锥形辊型和新型三辊皮尔格曲面构型辊型轧制AZ31镁合金管材进行完整的仿真,通过对比圆整度、轧制力、三向应力、残余应力、回弹量等关键数据,得到新型三辊皮尔格曲面构型轧制出的管材全面优于两辊锥形辊型轧出的管材的结论。

Abstract: At present, the cold rolling mill market is mainly composed of two-roll conical roll type and three-roll circumferential with the round roll type mill. The two-roll tapered roll type cold rolling mill has the advantages of large pass deformation and high production, but low product accuracy. Three-roll circumferential roll type cold rolling mill has the characteristics of high rolling accuracy, but the pass deformation is small. So, a new three-roll pilger surface configuration design method is constructed by combining the traditional two-roll tapered roll design method with the three-roll circumferential homocircular roll section design method, which is used to solve the defects of low precision of traditional two-roller conical roll cold rolling mill products. By comparing the roundness, rolling force, three-way stress, residual stress, rebound and so on, it is concluded that the tube rolled by the new three-roll Pilger heterosexual surface configuration is better than the tube rolled by the two-roll tapered roll configuration.
