微线段齿轮磨削加工方法及性能分析

Grinding Method and Performance Analysis of Micro-segment Gears

摘要:

针对没有专用的磨削加工机床和工艺加工新型的微线段齿轮的情况,利用现有的加工设备和检测设备,结合微线段齿轮的特点,提出一套高质量加工该种新型齿轮的方法。其中导出了微线段齿轮磨削曲面的方程、提出了整套的磨削加工工艺,建立了齿廓误差检测方法。通过加工出实际的微线段齿轮,并对其检测齿廓误差以及与渐开线齿轮的效率和振动频谱分 析,证明了该加工方法可以加工出高精度的微线段齿轮,且该种新型齿轮与渐开线齿轮相比有更高的效率和更好的传动平 稳性。

Abstract:

Since there is not appropriative grinding machines and technology for the manufacture of new micro-segment gears, a method is proposed for manufacturing the high quality micro-segment gears by using present processing machines and testing equipments with considering the characteristics of the new gears. In which, an equation of the grinding surface of the micro-segment gears is derived, a set of grinding technology is established, and a testing method of the new tooth profiles is proposed. After manufacturing the micro-segment gears, the error of the tooth profiles, the mechanical efficiency and vibration spectrum of the new gears and corresponding involute gears are tested. The analysis results illustrate that the new gears have higher mechanical efficiency and better transmission stability than the involute gears.
