前混合水射流喷丸覆盖率计算及对渗碳钢表面完整性的影响研究

Calculation of Shot Peening Coverage of Pre-mixed Jet and its Influence on the Surface Integrity of Carburized Steel

摘要: 为了探究渗碳钢试样表面喷丸处理后覆盖率数值及其影响,从覆盖率的理论计算出发,分析了单颗粒的接触尺寸,并通过试验对理论结果进行了验证。为了获取试件表面覆盖率对残余应力、形貌及粗糙度的影响,在专用前混合射流装备平台上,对 18CrNiMo7-6 渗碳钢试样进行不同覆盖率的表面喷丸强化。结果表明,当覆盖率从 2 500 %增加至 25 000 %时,表面粗糙度略有波动但总体呈现出上升的趋势,表层最大残余应力值逐渐增大。覆盖率提升对残余应力层的深度影响不明显,只在较高能量冲击下略有增加,变化量在 30 μm 左右,但过高的覆盖率会使试样表面残余压应力值降低。因此兼顾表面粗糙度及残余应力两种因素,对于该渗碳钢的表层强化应保持其覆盖率在 2 500 %~10 000 %范围内最佳。

Abstract: In order to explore the coverage value and its influence after shot peening on the surface of carburized steel samples, this paper analyzes the contact size of single particles from the theoretical calculation of coverage, and verifies the theoretical results through experiments. In order to obtain the effect of surface coverage on residual stress, morphology and roughness, 18CrNiMo7-6 carburized steel samples are shot peened with different coverage on a special pre-mixed jet equipment platform. The results show that when the coverage rate increases from 2 500 % to 25 000 %, the surface roughness fluctuates slightly, but generally shows an upward trend, and the maximum residual stress value of the surface layer gradually increases. The increase of coverage has no obvious effect on the depth of residual stress layer, which only increases slightly under higher energy impact, with a change of 30 μm, but too high coverage will reduce the residual compressive stress on the surface of the sample. Therefore, considering the two factors of surface roughness and residual stress, the surface strengthening of this carburized steel should keep its coverage in the range of 2 500 %-10 000 %.
