摘要: 滞回曲线被用于反映减速器的滞回现象,但工程实践中,滞回曲线的形态特性被忽视并默认具有加载速率独立性。基于对减速器滞回曲线的解构分析,证了减速器滞回曲线具有加载速率依赖性,并分析了具体影响;提出了表征滞回曲线形态特性的四个参数,给出了各参数的物理含义;通过试验研究,验证了减速器滞回曲线形态的加载速率依赖性,厘清了不同材质减速器的四个形态特性参数在不同加载速率下的变化;最后,指明了滞回曲线的形态特性在理论和工程应用方面的价值。

Abstract: The hysteresis curve is used to reflect the hysteresis phenomenon of the reducer, but in engineering practice, the morphologic characteristics of the hysteresis curve are ignored and default to have the loading rate independence. The loading rate dependence of the morphologic of the hysteresis curve of the reducer is demonstrated, and the specific impact is analyzed. Four parameters are proposed to characterize the morphological characteristics of the hysteresis curve, and the physical meaning of each parameter is given. Through further experimental research, it has been verified that the morphologic of the hysteretic curve of the reducer has the loading rate dependence, and the changes of the four parameters of the reducer with different materials under different loading rates are clarified. Finally, it points out the value of the morphologic characteristics of the hysteresis curve in theory and engineering application.
