Research on Synthesis Meshing Stiffness of Torsional Spring-loaded Double-gear Anti-backlash Mechanism

摘要: 扭簧加载双片齿轮消隙机构(简称消隙齿轮)通过消除或控制回程误差来提高系统的传动精度,对其动态特性的研究具有重要意义。着重分析重合度 的消隙齿轮机构啮合点的周期性变化规律,确定任意时刻各啮合齿轮副的单双齿啮合状态,以及基于对称性的正反转之间的转换关系,保证正反转计算的衔接性,有利于进一步研究系统扫频谐振特性;在此基础上引入基于Hertz接触理论及有限元计算结果的啮合刚度计算公式,建立消隙齿轮机构综合啮合刚度模型;通过数值计算,分析扭簧刚度以及各齿轮参数的变化对机构综合啮合刚度的影响,结果表明:在不发生轮齿脱离的啮合状态下,消隙齿轮机构不仅能够消除回差的影响,提高传动精度,而且综合啮合刚度较之于普通齿轮传动啮合刚度有所提高,并且通过优化齿轮参数可以进一步提高系统综合啮合刚度。

Abstract: Anti-backlash gear can improve the transmission precision via eliminating or controlling the backlash. It is very important to make a study of the dynamic characteristics of anti-backlash mechanism. The law of periodic variation of meshing points is analyzed emphatically in anti-backlash mechanism with the contact ratio . Single or double tooth meshing states of two gear pairs and the transform arithmetic in positive and reversal rotation based on symmetry at anytime are determined, insuring continuity of calculator in reversal rotation and making the further studies on swept resonance characteristic easier. Based on this, the synthesis meshing stiffness model of anti-backlash mechanism is built, including the calculation formula of meshing stiffness based on Hertz contact theory and FE calculation results. The influence of torsional spring stiffness and variations of all gear parameters on synthesis meshing stiffness is analyzed using numerical calculation, and the results show that under the condition of no gear teeth disengaging, anti-backlash mechanism not only can eliminate the backlash, but also can increase the synthesis meshing stiffness comparing with the meshing stiffness of the ordinary gear pair, and by optimizing gear parameters, the synthesis meshing stiffness can be increased much more.
