双驴头抽油机变参数柔性连杆机构动态仿真系统

摘要: 双驴头抽油机游梁后臂由半径可变的圆弧构成,其有效长度在运动过程中随驱动绳与后驴头的变化而改变,目前通用的动力学仿真软件无法实现该机构的动态仿真。根据双驴头抽油机变参数柔性连杆机构的传动特点,建立双驴头抽油机的运动特性方程,并提出双驴头抽油机运动特性函数的求解算法。该算法为实现双驴头抽油机的系统仿真提供有效的数学模型。针对双驴头抽油机变参数柔性连杆机构缺乏适用的动态仿真系统问题,开发双驴头抽油机动态仿真系统。该系统分为虚拟样机支持模块、CAD分析模块、数据管理模块和实体仿真模块,能够进行双驴头抽油机系统的三维动态仿真和虚拟环境下的性能分析,为抽油机设计提供有效的参考。最后通过CYJ145型双驴头抽油机的仿真试验验证该系统的可用性。

Abstract: The back beam arms of the dual horse head pumping unit are composed of variable radius arc, whose effective length varies in the motion process with the changes of the driving rope and the back horse head, so that the universal dynamic simulation software can not achieve the simulation of this mechanism system. According to the transmission characteristics of the flexible linkage mechanism with variable parameters, the motion characteristics equation for the dual horse head pumping unit is built and its solution algorithm is put forward. The algorithm provides an effective mathematical model for the simulation of the dual horse head pumping unit. Aiming at the problem that the variable parameter flexible linkage mechanism lacks applicable dynamic simulation system, the dynamic simulation system for the dual horse head pumping unit is developed. The system includes virtual prototype subsystem, CAD analysis subsystem, data management subsystem and solid emulation subsystem. It provides 3D dynamic simulation and performance analysis in virtual environmental for the dual horse head pumping unit, and can be used as an effective reference for the design of pumping unit. Finally, the system practicality is verified through the simulation test of CYJ145.
