Filtration System for Hydraulic Actuators of FAST

摘要: 500 m口径球面射地望远镜(Five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope, FAST)促动器液压系没有过滤设计,随着运行时间的增长,设备的油液清洁度等级普遍超过设计许用范围,对其可靠性和使用寿命构成严重影响。针对该问题,提出液压系统动态平衡过滤概念,建立促动器液压系统污染控制数学模型,结合促动器现有条件设计了外挂式过滤系统方案。Matlab软件仿真显示,安装外挂式过滤系统后,液压促动器经10次工作循环达到动态平衡,油液清洁度等级为NAS6级。样机试验表明,理论和试验结果一致性较好,验证了污染控制模型建立的准确性和外挂式过滤系统方案的有效性。通过理论分析与试验相结合的方法,为FAST液压促动器油液污染问题处理提供了一种有效的外挂式过滤系统解决方案,也为类似液压系统油液污染控制研究提供参考。

Abstract: There is not filtration design of actuators of (Five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope, FAST). With the working time increasing, most of oil contamination level of hydraulic actuators of FAST is exceed allowable values, and the reliability and lifetime of actuators are cut down. To solve the problem, the principle of dynamic balance of oil filtration is proposed. The mathematical model of contamination control for hydraulic system is established, and the solution of hung outside filtration system for hydraulic actuators is designed. The model is simulated by Matlab. The results show that the dynamic balance state of actuator can be attained by 10 times working after the hung outside filtration system installed, and the oil of NAS6 can be achieved at the same time. The test of prototypes is completed, and the results of simulation and test agree with each other very well. The effectively of the solution for actuators is proved to improve the grade of hydraulic oil, and the mathematical model is proved to be correct. An effective solution is provided to solve the problem of actuator of FAST by the method of combination theoretical analysis and test. Meanwhile, it can be used as the reference for similar research of hydraulic pollution control.
