摘要: 针对轴承圆锥滚子表面裂纹涡流自动检验仪中圆锥滚子表面展开这一关键问题,应用螺旋共轭轴理论,建立了一种快速、简便的数学模型;推导出圆锥滚子与展开轮之间啮合的数学表达式。得出展开轮螺旋曲面方程的精确解数学表达式。为轴承圆锥滚子表面裂纹自动检验仪展开机构的设计和圆锥滚子超精加工机床展开导轮机构的设计与修磨提供了几何模型和新的计算方法。

Abstract: The key-techniques of the electrical eddy current method used in automatic cracks inspection instrument of bearing roller surface are discussed. The simple and quick mathematical model is set up by application of the helical conjugate axial theory. The analytic solution of the meshing point between roller and unfolding roller (or carrier roll) are worked out. By use the results, the accuracy machematical equation is got. The analytic solution equation can provide a useful geometrical model and a new calculation way to design and manufacture the unfolding roller (or carrier roll) or the superfinishing machine roll.
