螺纹加工系统误差源的识别——多层次误差分离原理及其应用

摘要: 本文在分析螺纹加工系统的原始误差基础上,提出院表征导程误差与原始误差之间关系的数学模型;阐述了误差相关、误差分离的检测原理;讨论了以工件(丝杠)作测量元件、用微机作数据处理、将工艺系统各原始误差的影响逐次分离显示,求寻导程误差主源的过程。本文所述方法,可作调整并提高传动精度的手段;可作工艺系统状态的识别;可供机床维修前后的检测;可为合理选用刀具参数及其切削用量提供辨识方法。

关键词: 大结构涡环, 脉冲率, 瞬时涡量, 轴向流速, 自激振荡腔室

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the original errors in a screw machining system, the mathematical model between travel deviation and original errors is proposed. The measurement principle of the error relativity and error separation is described. Multiple layer error separate processing of original errors in the system is discussed, for which we use work piece screw as a test component and a microcomputer as a data processor.A example is given in this paper.
