摘要: 提出了涡旋压缩机型线自转误差灵敏度的定义,并通过型线自转误差灵敏度和径向啮合间隙的几何关系,提出了在考虑动盘存在自转的非理想条件下,计算动态径向啮合间隙的方法,分析了型线类型、型线法向角和动盘自转角对径向啮合间隙的影响,并通过具体算例进行了证明。基于所获得的型线类型和法向角与自转误差灵敏度相关的结论,不仅获得了一个评价型线性能优劣的新的参考指标,而且还推导出了型线误差灵敏区和迟钝区的判定准则。根据这一准则,提出了在灵敏区应严格控制型线加工误差的精度保证措施,从而对减少啮合间隙,提高压缩机气密性具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract: The definition of scroll compress profile rotation error sensitivity is put forward. According to the geometrical relation between profile rotation error sensitivity and radial mesh clearance, the computation method of radial mesh clearance under non-ideal state of orbit scroll rotation is provided. In addition the effects of profile type, profile normal angle and orbit scroll rotation angle on the radial mesh clearance are analyzed and then and example is given to show the result. On the basis of the profile type and the correlation between profile normal angle and orbit scroll rotation angle, not only a new reference index estimation profile performance is obtained but also the criterion foerror sensitivity region and blunt region is developed. According to this criterion, the assurance measurement for controlling profile error in the sensitive region is prsented. This measurement consequently plays a guiding role for reducing mesh clearance and enhancing the compressor seal.
