摘要: 试验与数值计算表明,孔式机匣处理方式可以有效扩大半开式离心压气机的稳定工作范围并且在大部分工作范围内不会显著降低压气机的效率。数值计算结果同时表明,抽吸孔数目改变对采用孔式机匣处理方式的压气机整体性能影响不大,受影响相对比较明显的性能参数是堵塞裕度。对于抽吸孔总数为48、64及80三种情况,抽吸孔数目增加时,压气机的失速裕度略有下降,最高效率也略有降低,但下降量均非常小,这主要是因为抽吸孔数目增加时,相邻抽吸孔对彼此的流动产生一定的抑制作用;与之相反,抽吸孔数目增加时,压气机的堵塞裕度及大流量工况下的效率则略有增大,这主要是由于大流量工况下孔式机匣处理结构的作用效果与机匣处理结构内的总旁通流量有关。

Abstract: The holed casing treatment is demonstrated, by experiments and numerical computations, to be effective in expanding the stable working range of the centrifugal compressor with unshrouded impellers with no significant efficiency penalty. It is also indicated that the hole number has little influence on the effect of holed casing treatment. The parameter that is influenced most obviously is the choked margin. Three situations of 48 holes, 64 holes and 80 holes are computed and analyzed. It is found that the stall margin and the highest efficiency of the compressor decreases a little with the increasing of the hole number. This is because that the flows coming from adjacent holes suppress each other when the hole number increases. On the contrary, the choked margin and the efficiencies at large flowrate conditions of the compressor increases a little with the increasing of the hole number. This is because that the effect of holed casing treatment at large flowrate conditions is related with the bypass flow amount in the holes.
