摘要: 本文根据近似计算方法对薄壁圆筒单道环形对接焊缝所引起的残余应力与变形的一般规律进行了了讨论。郑重分析了轴向弯曲应力σ x的变化:在一定的条件下σ x值会大于切向应力σ θ;当b·β=π/4时,σ x有极大值,σ (xmax)=0.62σ 0,而此时σ x=0.33σ0.在b·β<π/4范围内,随着b·β值的增大,σ x增大,但当b·β>π/4后,随着b·β的增大,σ x趋向于减小。根据所给出的函数关系,可以较直观地探讨圆筒几何尺寸焊接方法对残余应力及变形的影响。 这些变化规律与实验数据和所引证的有关研究结果相吻合。

Abstract: In this paper, the general characteristics of the variations of the residual stresses and distortions in the cylindrical shells caused by a single-pass circumferential butt weld are discussed with the use of an approximate calculation method. Special emphasis is put on the analysis of axial bending stress σx which, under certain conditions, may prevail over circumferential stress σθ; and σx reaches a maximum value of σxmax=0.62σ0 at b·β=π/4, and in this case, the value of circumferential stress isσθ=0.33σ0. Within the range of b·β<π/4, σx increases with the value of b·β; and in the range of b·β>π/4, σx decreases with the increase of b·β. Using the functional relations derived by the approximate calculation method, the effects of the geometrical dimensions and the welding conditions on the residual stresses and distortions in cylindrical shells can be inferred directly. These relations coincide with the experimental data and results appearing in cited references.
