摘要: 在Bingham塑性流体流变模型和静电极化模型的基础上,给出了描述电流变流体运动的基本方程,并推导出电流变流体控制元件的控制方程;通过理论分析,提出了电流变流体控制元件设计时须满足的基本设计原则;通过试验和仿真证明了上述理论的正确性和对电流变流体动力传输系统的可控性。

Abstract: The design theory and principles on ER fluid control unit are put forward, according to Bingham rheological model and electrostatic polarization model. The correctness of theoretical analyses and controllability of controlunit are also verified by experiments and static-simulation.
