摘要: 利用热力耦合大变形有限元理论对热轧过程中金属的变形、温度及其影响因素,连轧温降等方面进行深入的研究,并在不同的轧制条件下,对热轧变形过程的温度场、变形情况及金属流动等进行了实测,将实测结果与计算机模拟结果进行对比,二者吻合良好。

Abstract: Considering the influence of temperature, equivalent strain and equivalent strain rate, the formula of thermo-mechanical couple elastic-plastic large deformation finite element constitutive equation is deduced, based on the finite deformation theory. Experimental investigations of hot rolling of strip are carried out. Comparisons between measured values and computer simulation results show comprehensive coincidence each other.
