内、外啮合斜齿轮三维有限元网格自动生成原理及其程序实现

摘要: 对于不同的齿轮参数,斜齿轮副啮合面上的接触线位置也不相同,这就使得斜齿轮的三维有限元网络划分产生很大困难。为此,建立了一套斜齿轮三维有限元网络自动方法,并编制了相应的微机通用计算程序。使用者只需输入一对斜齿轮的齿数、模数、齿宽、分度圆螺旋角、齿轮变位系数和小齿轮旋向等基本参数,计算机就可按要求自动生成一对外啮合或内啮合斜齿轮副的三维有限元网格。实际应用表明,所提出的方法及程序使用方便灵活和准确,为内、外啮合斜齿轮副及齿轮传动系统的深入研究提供了可靠的基础。该程序还可以用来划分内、外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮副的三维有限元模型网格,并且其网格划分原理可方便地推广到其他齿轮传动中。

Abstract: A method for automatic 3-D FE mesh generation of helical gears is developed in this paper and the corresponding general micro-computer program is implemented by the authors. When the basic parameters of helical gears, such as the teeth numbers, modulus, facewidth, helix angle of reference circle, modified factors, hand of the driving gear and so on, re input, the micro-computer will automatically generate the 3-D FE mesh of a pair of external or internal helical gears. The applications show that the present method and its program are convenient, fiexible, and accurate in use. This provides a reliable base for the detailed investigations of internal or external helical gears and gear liable base for the detailed investigations of internal or external helical gears and gear systems. The present program can be also used to generate the 3-D FE mesh of internal or eternal spur gears, and the method can be conveniently extended to use in other gear transmissions.
