微零件内孔不规则边缘光学特征和识别技术

摘要: 使用所研制的光学显微检测系统,对准LIGA法加工的微零件内孔不规则边缘光学特征进行研究,提出了根据灰度变化对微零件内孔中毛刺进行识别的方法。并提出了一种简单的测量毛刺厚度和高度的方法,测量精度达到5 μm。根据沿微零件内孔半径方向的灰度曲线图,得出了在灰度的阈值变换函数中所需要的阈值。用拉普拉斯算子对阈值变换得到的黑白二值图像进行微分运算,准确地提取了微零件内孔的边缘。将两种常用的测量圆的方法——最小二乘拟合法和最大内接圆法进行比较,从数据和图像两方面说明了在微装配中,对微零件内孔的测量应采用最大内接圆法,归纳出用图像处理技术测量微零件内孔的方法。试验结果证明,这种方法对微零件内孔的测量能够满足微装配的要求。

Abstract: With developed microscope measurement system, a research is made in the optical feature of the anomaly edge of minor accessory processed by means of quasi-LIGA. An approach of burr recognition on the basis of variation of gray-levels is proposed, and a simple means of measuring the thickness and highness of a burr is developed, with the precision reaching 5 μm. On the basis of gray-graph, the threshold value required in the thresholding transformation function is educed; The binary image is differentiated with a Laplacian, and then the edge of minor accessory is detected exactly. A comparison, which illustrates the feasibility of maximum incircle with respect to data and image, is made between the least square fit and the maximum incircle, and an image processing method is developed to measure the internal hole of micro accessory.
