摘要: 对气体熔化极弧焊(Gas metal arc welding, GMAW)过程中采集的正面熔池图像和温度信息通过多传感器定量信息融合技术,实现熔池图像的有效性判别。将熔滴热焓对温度场的影响考虑在内,对半椭球热源温度场进行修正,得到新型的三维温度场解析模型。借助信息融合后有效的熔池图像可获得无数个熔点温度的位置信息,通过阻尼最小二乘法求解新型温度场模型超定方程、辨识模型中椭球热源系数及熔滴热焓4个时变参数,从而得到实时修正的三维温度场动态解析模型。借助该模型通过PID控制实现了利用正面传感信息对GMAW焊接过程中背面熔宽的闭环控制,取得了满意效果。

Abstract: The validity of welding molten pool image is judged by quantificational information fusion of welding pool image and temperature collected with multi-sensors from the front surface. The temperature field based on semi-ellipsoidal heat source is modified by considering the influence of droplets heat content, which comes into a novel three dimensional temperature field analytical model. The molten temperature of countless positions can be gained by the aid of welding pool image information. The analytical model of real time modified three dimensional transient temperature field is obtained by solving the novel temperature field model super-coupled equation through dampedleast square algorithm and identifying four variational coefficients from semi- elliptical heat source and droplet heat content. The molten width on the rear surface is controlled by PID controller with the aid of the transient temperature model which is proved in the welding process with satisfied result.
