摘要: 在考虑油液(含气泡)可压缩的条件下,分析液体静压支承在阶跃载荷作用下的过渡特性。求得支承过渡过程的特性方程、延续时间和支承间隙的动态位移量,以及支承系统的主要参数对过渡特性的影响。因此,为提高精密轴承的动态支承精度,提供了新的理论依据。

Abstract: In this paper, the transient characteristic of hydrostatic bearing under a step load has been analysed considering the compressibility of oil (containing air bubbles). The characteristic equation of the bearing during the transient stage has been set up, The perdurability and the clearance change of the bearing has been obtained, The effect of the major parameter of the bearing system on the transient characteristics has been analysed also. This study provides a new theory basic for improving the dynamic supporting precision of high-quality bearing.
