摘要: 为了研究牵引—制动型液力变矩减速器闭锁的缓冲控制和闭锁过程的动态性能,为实车装备提供可靠的设计依据,基于MATLAB的simulink,根据简化的动力传动系统—集中质量系统的原则,建立了带有新型牵引—制动型液力变矩减速器的某型车辆动力传动系统的力学模型和数学模型,设计了该液力零件闭锁过程充油压力规律以及对闭锁过程动态性能进行了仿真研究,得到了其在闭锁过程中输入、输出转速以及转矩的动态变化和离合器滑摩力矩变化,并分析了影响闭锁品质的因素。在此基础上,进行了台架试验,对理论研究进行了验证,试验结果证明了理论研究的正确性。

Abstract: In order to research assuasive control and dynamic characteristic of new tractor-brake hydraulic torque converter & retarder in the lock-up process, provide credibility design for vehicles, taking a power-hydrodynamic transmission system as a spring-mass system, dynamic model and mathematical model are established for the vehicle power train system equipped with the new tractor-brake hydraulic torque converter on the base of the simulink of MATLAB, bring about its lock-up control rule in the lock-up process. The simulated results of dynamic characteristic for the power train system are carried out in the process of lock-up. Its dynamic change of import and output rotate speed and torque are gained in the process of lock-up, and still have the friction torque dynamic change of lockup clutch. Factors affecting the quality of lock-up are analyzed. A test is made for validating theory research.
