摘要: 给出定容积放气过程的热力学模型,并基于自然对流换热准则关系式和已知流量特性的电磁阀放气压力曲线确定模型中的换热系数。采用该模型对一个流量特性已知的电磁阀放气过程进行压力和温度仿真,仿真结果表明基于自然对流的放气模型的仿真曲线和试验曲线非常接近,能够很好地反应实际放气过程。应用该模型并结合放气压力曲线对放气电磁阀的流量特性进行辨识,结果证明这种方法能够准确且方便地测量出电磁阀的流量特性。

Abstract: Thermodynamic model for discharge from a tank is presented, and the heat exchange coefficients are determined based on criteria relationship of nature-convection heat transfer and discharge pressure curve of a solenoid with known flow rate characteristics. The discharge process of another solenoid valve with known flow rate characteristics are simulated with the model. It can be seen that the simulation result of model based on natural convection is very close to that of the experiment, which indicates that the model can better express the real discharge process. Then the known heat-exchange model is applied to identifying the flow rate characteristics of discharge solenoids, and the results illustrate this method can conveniently and accurately test the flow rate characteristics of solenoid.
