摘要: 磁流变阻尼器(Magneto-rheological damper, MRD)在结构振动半主动控制领域具有广泛的应用前景,半主动控制器设计和控制分析需要建立精确、简洁、通用的滞环阻尼力—速度(F-v)模型。在多组不同激励幅度、频率和控制电流下对MRD进行性能测试,在激励性质和控制电流变化时,MRD的输出阻尼力具有强滞环非线性特性和电流控制与滞环算子相分离的特性。针对非线性滞环双粘滞模型、现象模型、S型滞环模型和基于Sigmoid函数的通用滞环模型的优点与不足,提出MRD电流控制与滞环特性相分离的一般化模型,易于求解逆模型且有利于基于模型的高级控制器设计。引用已提出的基于Sigmoid函数的电流控制函数对典型模型进行修正,使其能准确适应控制电流的变化,并根据测试数据用最小二乘法辨识各修正模型的参数,在不同控制电流和激励性质下,将各修正模型的计算结果与测试结果进行比较,结果表明,各类修正模型均具有较高的准确性。

Abstract: Magneto-rheological damper (MRD) has wide application prospect in the field of structure semi-active vibration control, while the analysis and synthesis of semi-active controller require an accurate, concise and generalized hysteretic force-velocity (F-v) model. A candidate MRD is tested under several different groups of control current and harmonic excitation conditions (frequency and stroke). It is found that the damping force of MRD has strong nonlinear hysteresis and property of decoupling control current and hysteron under variations of control current and excitation nature. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of nonlinear hysteresis bi-viscous model, phenomenon model, S-type hysteresis model and generalized hysteresis model based on sigmoid function, a generalized F-v model of MRD is thus proposed. The generalized model decouples the current control function and the hysteron, and can easily derive the inverse model and benefit the synthesis of sophisticated controller. The proposed typical models are further modified by applying the proposed current control function based on sigmoid function, so as to accurately adapt variations of the control current. The parameters of typical models are identified by employing the least square method and the tested data, and then different model calculation results are compared with those obtained from the tested data, under different control currents and excitation nature. The results show that the modified typical models all have high accuracy.
