平衡活塞式单级溢流阀稳定性参数匹配

Stability Parameter Matching of Balanced Piston Direct-acting Relief Valve

摘要: 平衡活塞式单级溢流阀可提升液压系统的压力控制性能。针对航天伺服机构用平衡活塞式单级溢流阀参数匹配方法欠缺的问题,建立平衡活塞式单级溢流阀的基本方程与传递函数,得出平衡活塞式单级溢流阀的稳定性判据,基于溢流阀稳定性判据与活塞环缝液导率之间的数学关系给出了平衡活塞的参数计算表达式。结果表明,平衡活塞与阀体之间的间隙越小,溢流阀的稳定性越好,但其响应速度会受影响;此外,当飞行器做离心运动时,阀芯受离心力作用而偏离中位,活塞环形缝隙为偏心环缝,将增大活塞缝隙的液导率,影响平衡活塞式单级溢流阀的调压稳定性。搭建了时域仿真模型研究了平衡活塞式单级溢流阀的动态特性,最后通过试验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract: Balanced piston direct-acting relief valve can improve the pressure control performance of hydraulic system. In order to supplement the parameter matching method of balanced piston direct-acting relief valve used in aerospace servomechanism, this study establishes the basic equations and transfer functions of the balanced piston direct-acting relief valve, deduces the stability criteria for this valve, and provides the parameter calculation expressions for the balanced piston based on the mathematical relationship between the valve stability criteria and the piston clearance hydraulic conductivity. The results indicate that the smaller the piston clearance, the better the stability of the relief valve, but its response speed will be affected. Furthermore, when the aircraft performs centrifugal motion, the valve poppet deviates from the central position due to the action of centrifugal force, and the piston clearance becomes an eccentric ring clearance, which will increase the hydraulic conductivity of the clearance and affect the pressure regulation stability of the balanced piston direct-acting relief valve. A time-domain simulation model was constructed to study the dynamic characteristics of the balanced piston direct-acting relief valve, and finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through experiments.
