数控机床元动作链运动误差传递及综合精度建模

Kinematic Error Transfer and Integrated Precision Modeling of the Meta-action Chain for CNC Machine Tools

摘要: 针对目前缺乏数控机床传动链内运动误差传递机理及传递链间精度耦合关系的研究,提出了一种基于元动作的数控机床运动误差传递及综合精度建模方法。首先对机床进行“功能-运动-动作”(FMA)分解,得到元动作和元动作链;然后从元动作单元的输出件入手,分析异层元动作间的运动传递机理,建立单条元动作链的运动误差传递模型;考虑相邻元动作链间同层元动作的耦合影响,基于概率分布及黑箱模型建立元动作链的综合精度模型。最后,以数控机床的转台分度运动为例,说明了该方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the lack of research on transmission mechanism of kinematic errors in the transmission chains and the coupling relationship of precision between transmission chains of CNC machine tool, a methodology for kinematic error transfer and integrated precision modeling of CNC machine tools is proposed based on meta-action. Firstly, the "function-motion-action" (FMA) decomposition of the machine tool is carried out to obtain the meta-action and the meta-action chain. Secondly, starting from the output of the meta-action unit, the kinematic transfer mechanism between the meta-actions of different layers is analyzed, and a kinematic error transfer model of the single meta-action chain is established. Considering the coupling influence of the same-layer meta-action between adjacent meta-action chains, an integrated precision model of the single meta-action chain can be established based on probability distribution and black-box model. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the method are illustrated by an example of the indexing motion of the turntable of the CNC machine tool.
