面向弧形框架式导引头伺服机构的摩擦力矩测量系统及精密装配工艺

Friction Torque Measurement System and Precision Assembly Process for Arc-shaped Structure Seeker Servo Mechanism

摘要: 为了在装配过程中实现对弧形框架式导引头伺服机构摩擦力矩及其不均匀性的实时监控,并对影响其摩擦力矩的主要因素(预紧力和间隙)进行在线调整,搭建了一套面向精密装配的摩擦力矩测量系统。该系统基于电测法的测量原理,采用水平立式结构设计,可适用于弧形框架类伺服机构摩擦力矩的测量。在精密装调过程中,通过实时监测驱动力矩,调整装配参数,从而达到控制产品性能的作用;对弧形框架偏心力矩的影响进行了分析及试验验证,消除了偏心力矩对测量的干扰;对偏心滚轮装配预紧力与摩擦力矩关系进行了试验验证,明确了偏心滚轮组件预紧力的数值范围;解决了自动跑合工艺问题,对减小摩擦力矩波动及不均匀性具有重要意义。基于研制的摩擦力矩测量系统对弧形框架式导引头伺服机构的装配工艺进行优化,将依赖技师经验装配的定性方法优化为依赖力矩测量的定量方法。

Abstract: For monitoring the friction torque and its inhomogeneity of arc-shaped structure seeker servo mechanism and adjusting its main influencing factors which are preload force and clearance during assembly, a measurement system for precision assembly is built. It is designed by principle of vertical structure in line and based electrical measurement. In the process of precise assembly, servo's performance can be controlled by monitoring drive torque of motor and adjusting assembly parameters. The influence of arc frame's mass-eccentric torque is analyzed and experimentally verified, and its interference is eliminated. The relationship between the preload forces of eccentric rollers and friction torque is experimentally verified, and the numerical range of preload forces is determined. The problem of automatic running process is solved, which is of great significance to reduce the fluctuation and inhomogeneity of friction torque. Based on the friction torque measurement system, the assembly process of arc-shaped structure seeker servo mechanism is optimized, and the qualitative method based on the experience of technician is optimized as a quantitative method based on measured torque.
