Method for Deployable Mesh Antenna Cable Network Structures’ Form-finding Design Based on Force Density

摘要: 针对环形网状可展开天线索网结构的初始形态设计问题,提出一种基于力密度思想的找形与找力相结合的优化迭代设计方法。该方法将索网结构初始形态设计分为前、后索网设计两部分。通过优化迭代的方法设计前索网,在满足网面精度要求的条件下,实现前索网所有内部索段的张力相等、边界索段与内部索段的最大张力比最小;根据前索网的形和力,在调整索保持竖直、后索网满足高度要求的条件下,通过优化实现后索网最大张力比最小。仿真算例表明,对于旋转抛物面和偏置抛物面索网结构,该方法与现有方法相比,均可进一步提高索网张力的均匀性,该方法正确有效。

Abstract: For the form-finding design of deployable mesh antenna cable network structures, an iterative design method based on force density is proposed. The form-finding design of cable network structure is divided into two parts, one for the front net and the other for the rear net. The front net is designed with an iterative optimization method. With the front net’s surface accuracy being satisfied, all internal cables’ tension achieved to be equal and the maximum ratio of boundary cables to internal cables achieved to be minimized. According to the shape and force of the front net, with the tension cables remaining vertical and the antenna’s height being satisfied, the maximum ratio of rear net cables achieves to be minimized. Numerical simulations show that the method present can improve the uniformity of the cable net tension for both the axi-symmetric and offset parabolic paraboloid cable network structures. The method is correct and effective.
