非圆磨削中曲轴角向定位方法及其误差分析

摘要: 非圆磨削根据运动模型控制工件的旋转运动和砂轮架的横向进给运动,使砂轮外圆与工件表面轮廓始终相切,实现异形零件磨削。磨削前必须使建立非圆磨削运动模型的工件坐标系与机床坐标系重合或接近,才能使磨削余量分布均匀,保证曲轴各档相位角的加工精度。基于触发式测头构建大量程在机测量装置,配合不同测量方法,分别建立两点法和多点法角向定位模型,并分析谱尺度BFGS算法在求解该模型时的收敛速度、精度以及初值选取范围。在此基础上,通过仿真计算分析测头预行程及定位误差对角向定位精度的影响规律,并揭示其与所选定测量点位置的关系。根据试验结果分析比较两种自动角向定位方法的有效性,并提出相应措施以减少角向定位误差。

Abstract: In non-circular grinding, the motion model built in workpiece coordinate is used to control the rotation of workpiece and the transverse feed of grinding carriage to make the crankpin curve tangent with grinding wheel. It is essential to transform machine tool coordinate to workpiece coordinate accurately for the uniform distribution of grinding allowance to obtain the high machining precision of each crankpin’s profile and phase angle. To find the optimal offset between the two coordinates, the on-line measurement device grounded on touch trigger probe with large measurement range is designed. Two radial angular orientation models are built respectively for two-point and multi-point measurement methods. Convergence speed, accuracy, as well as the initial selection of spectral scaling BFGS method is analyzed in solving this optimization problem. The effects on radial angular orientation accuracy of probe pre-travel and positioning error and its relationship to the measurement position are studied by simulation. The validity of two radial angular orientation methods are compared and verified by the experimental results. And the corresponding measures is put forward to improve the radial angular orientation accuracy.
