带遗忘因子的预测迭代学习控制在阀控非对称缸系统中的应用研究

摘要: 弹性负载下的阀控非对称缸是典型的非线性、时变系统,针对传统PD型迭代学习控制容易造成系统抖动这一问题,设计一种带遗忘因子的预测迭代学习控制器。建立阀控非对称缸系统的模型,比较分析其工作特性。介绍迭代学习控制基本原理,并分析常规PD型算法存在的问题。为克服迭代学习控制算法在阀控非对称缸控制中的抖动问题,设计具有遗忘因子的迭代学习算法,并通过仿真分析不同遗忘因子取值对控制效果的影响。为补偿遗忘因子造成的迭代性能降低问题,加入预测给定环节。仿真与试验研究均表明,这种带遗忘因子的预测迭代学习控制算法能够很好应用于阀控非对称缸系统,它有效克服系统抖动问题,并且具有很好的迭代精度。

Abstract: Valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder belongs to typical nonlinear and time-varying system at elastic load, in order to eliminate oscillation result from traditional PD-type iterative learning control, a kind of forecast iterative learning control with a forgetting factor is designed. The system mathematical model is built, and the performance characteristics of valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system are analyzed. The fundamental of iterative learning control is introduced, the problems of traditional PD-type algorithm are analyzed; a forgetting factor is added in the iterative learning control to inhibit the oscillation, the control effect by different forgetting factor value is analyzed by simulating, a part of forecast system given is increased to improve the system accuracy, because forgetting factor lower the system performance. Both simulations and experiments show that, in the valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system, using forecast iterative learning control with a forgetting factor will overcome oscillation well with a forgetting factor, and can improve accuracy by forecast iterative.
