高速干切滚齿机床热变形误差模型及试验研究

摘要: 切削油在齿轮滚切工艺中的大量使用,是造成齿轮加工车间环境污染和工人职业健康危害的主要源头。绿色高效的高速干式滚切工艺消除了切削油的使用,是齿轮绿色成形加工发展的重要方向。但由于缺少切削油的冷却,干式滚切工艺将导致更为严重的机床热变形,影响齿轮加工精度。以某新型结构的高速干切滚齿机床为研究对象,基于齐次坐标变换原理研究高速干切滚齿机床的热变形误差建模方法,根据机床结构特点及部件运动关系建立热变形误差模型,推导出热变形误差计算公式,建立机床部件热变形误差对整机热变形误差的影响关系。设计并进行高速干切滚齿机热变形试验,根据试验数据对模型进行了应用验证。

Abstract: Wide use of cutting oil in the hobbing process is the major source of environmental pollution and threat to occupational health in the gear hobbing workshop. In recent years, high-speed dry hobbing process has been developed and applied without cutting oil, which is regarded as green manufacturing process for gears. However, due to the lack of cooling effect of cutting oil, dry hobbing process may lead to more serious thermal deformation of machine tool, and decrease machining accuracy. A machine thermal deformation error modeling method is proposed based on homogeneous coordinate transformation principle. Taking a typical one of high-speed dry hobbing machine tool as an example, a practical thermal deformation error model is established according to the characteristics of the machine structure and the kinematic relations of the components. In the model, equations are derived for the calculation of machine tool thermal deformation errors with the thermal deformation errors of the components. The thermal deformation experiments of high-speed dry hobbing machine are designed and carried out, and the model is verified based on experimental data.
