摘要: 500 m口径球面射电望远镜(Five-hundred-meter aperture spherical telescope, FAST)是人类探索宇宙的重要工具,FAST反射面的支承索网结构是一种轻量便捷的新型驱动机构,但是柔索只能承受张力,且刚度很小,定位精度低,这使得动态特性建模和分析十分困难。利用变分原理建立FAST反射面的支承索网结构的数学模型,该模型引入了大量非线性方程组,针对求解该非线性方程组提出一种逐层替代法算法,采用该算法能够求解FAST数学模型,进而得到FAST反射面索网结构的初始状态及其索网中各个主索端点处的拉力和索网中各节点的位置。这种算法为FAST索网中各节点在拉索拉力作用下由初始状态调节到张紧状态给定了精确的参考位置;同时也为FAST索网由张紧状态到工作状态的数学模型的非线性方程组提供解的初值。为了验证该算法求解FAST的缩小模型,从计算结果来看采用该方法所求得解的精度远远高于设计要求。

Abstract: The largest radio telescope FAST is an important tool for human to explore the universe, with the characteristics of lightweight and convenient the cable-net structure reflector for the FAST is a new driving mechanism, but the flexible cable can experience tension and stiffness is very small, the positioning accuracy is low, which makes the dynamic modeling and analysis is very difficult. The mathematical model of the reflector for the FAST is set up by the variational principle, which brings a large number of nonlinear equation, a layer-wise substitution method to solve the non-linear equations of the mathematical model is proposed. The node location of the cable-net and tension of the main cable can be got by solving nonlinear equations of the mathematical model. The accurate position of all the nodes from the initial state to the tension state are achieved with the method, at the same time, the initial value of the nonlinear equations for the cable-net from the tension state to the working state has been provided. To show the validity of the method, the result of the initial state of a reduced model of the cable-net support structure of active reflector for the FAST is exhibited. from the calculation results obtained by the method we know that the solution accuracy is much higher than the design requirements.
