摘要: 提出基于三轴联动杯形砂轮线接触磨削原理的核主泵用斜波纹面型密封环加工方法,它采用一个工件轴、一个摆动轴、一个直线轴、一个砂轮轴和一个宽度较窄的杯形砂轮。其原理为选择适当的砂轮半径、砂轮倾斜角度和砂轮轴线与摆动轴线交点到密封坝面中心距离使磨削接触弧线是斜波纹面上且以其内、外周边为边界的一条曲线的精确逼近,联动控制工件轴、摆动轴和直线轴的运动使磨削接触弧线两端点分别在斜波纹面内外周边上进而通过磨削接触弧线扫掠运动形成高精度斜波纹面,在砂轮轴与工件轴平行时磨削密封坝面。其优点是砂轮端面形状不变化,不存在砂轮修形和形状测量难题,砂轮端面磨损对斜波纹面面形精度的影响可以忽略,能够实现核主泵用斜波纹面型密封环的高面形精度、低表面粗糙度加工。

Abstract: A three-axis ultra-precision grinding method using line contact kinematics for machining the wavy-tilt-dam seal rings used in reactor coolant pumps is proposed. It includes a workpiece axis, a swing axis, a linear axis, a wheel axis and a narrow cup wheel. The principle is that the grinding contact arc is an approximation to a curve on the wavy-tilted surface bounded by its inner and outer peripheries by selecting suitable wheel radius, wheel inclination angle and distance from intersection point of the workpiece axis and the swing axis to the dam surface center. The sweeping trajectory of the contact arc forms a wavy-tilted surface with high accuracy by numerically controlling the motion of the workpiece axis, the swing axis and the linear axis so that the two end point of the contact arc is on the inner and outer peripheries. The dam surface is generated when the wheel axis and the workpiced axis are parallel. The advantage is that the form of the wheel end face is constant and wheel truing and wheel form measurement are not needed, and hence the effect of wheel wear on the wavy-tilted surface form accuracy is neglectable. It is expected to be an efficient method to manufacture the wavy-tilt-dam seal rings used in reactor coolant pumps with high form accuracy and low surface roughness.
