摘要: 数控机床是装备制造业的工作母机,其可靠性技术目前已成为制约行业发展的关键共性技术。主要对我国数控机床可靠性技术的研究进展进行综合评述。论述数控机床的可靠性建模技术、故障分析技术、可靠性设计技术和可靠性试验技术的研究历程和技术进展,介绍数控机床关键功能部件可靠性台架试验设备的技术状况。在肯定数控机床可靠性技术取得明显进展的基础上,分析指出研究工作存在的问题和不足,并对数控机床可靠性技术研究的动态和热点进行论述。从产品可靠性技术自身的发展规律和行业需求的角度对数控机床可靠性的技术发展愿景进行了展望。

Abstract: The computer numerical control(CNC) machine tools are the important manufacturers of other equipment in equipment manufacturing industry and their reliability level has now become the bottleneck which restricts the industry development. A comprehensive review on the state of the reliability technology research is given. A comprehensive discussion is presented on the situation of the reliability technology of the CNC machine tools in China. And then the techniques of reliability modeling and the failure analysis are discussed as well as the design technique for CNC machine tools and then the characteristics of the field test. And then the bench tests in laboratory are analyzed for key functional parts of CNC machine tools. Based on the progress of machine tools reliability, the problems are stated and the prospective tasks of this field are proposed, simultaneously, the research hotspots and trends are illustrated. The development visions of machine tools reliability are speculated based on the own law and the industry demand of machine tools.
