摘要: 全面论述机械系统的光纤光栅分布动态监测与诊断的概念、主要研究内容、实现方法及国内外最新研究进展。介绍机械系统动态监测与诊断的概念和任务,在此基础上,重点分别介绍面向机械系统的高性能光纤光栅分布式传感器、光纤光栅反射波长高速解调原理与方法、机械系统分布传感与动态监测的原理与方法、基于分布测试数据的机械损伤的识别原理与方法、动态监测与诊断的集成原理与系统设计等。总结课题组近10年来应用光纤传感技术,在重大机械装备监测与诊断方面的研究成果以及国内外相关研究领域的最新进展。

Abstract: The concept, main content, solutions, latest research advances of dynamic monitor and diagnosis with distributed fiber Bragg grating (FBG) in mechanical systems at home and abroad are discussed thoroughly. Based on the introduction of the concepts and missions of mechanical system, and the high-performance distributed FBG sensor, the principle and method of the high speed reflected demodulation, the principle and method of distributed sensing and dynamic monitoring, the recognition principle and method of mechanical damage based on distributed measurement data for mechanical system are presented. And also the integration principle and system design method of dynamic monitoring and diagnosis are proposed. Research achievements of the research group in the past 10 years and research advances at home and abroad of fiber sensing technology are summarized for significant mechanical equipment monitoring and diagnosis field.
