摘要: 为对错流移动床反应器设备的结构优化设计提供指导,基于颗粒动理学理论,建立固体颗粒在错流移动床的气固流动过程模拟的欧拉多相流三维数理模型。选用Gidaspow曳力模型、Schaeffer摩擦应力模型、颗粒碰撞恢复系数e=0.80等关键参数模型对分别安装有人字形、三角形和八字形内构件的错流移动床内颗粒流动特性进行了数值模拟研究,探讨内构件对流型转变及颗粒流动产生的压力场、速度场的影响。结果表明,三种内构件均能改善移动床内颗粒的流型(从漏斗流转变到整体流),三角形内构件在本模拟中的效果最为理想;三种内构件的加入均改变了颗粒对壁面压力的分布。在移动床上部,内构件的加入使得压力均稍有增加,在渐缩下料段,三种内构件均减少了此段的压力峰值。

Abstract: Euler multiphase flow model based on the kinetic theory of granular flow is applied to simulate the particle flow behavior in a 3D numerical models cross-flow moving bed in order to optimize the reactor structure. The Gidaspow drag model, Schaeffer friction stress model and particle restitution coefficient 0.80 are chosen to investigate the cross-flow moving bed with three kinds of internals, herringbone, triangle and splayed. The influences of internal structure on flow transformation, pressure and velocity field are also studied. Results show that the particle flow improves and the pressure field distribution of particle force on the wall changes with the installation of different internals. The pressure of upper bed increases while the peek pressure of tapered feeding section decreases. The triangle internal shows the most ideal effect on the transformation from the funnel flow to the overall flow.
