摘要: 为提高数控机床的加工精度,必须对精度设计质量特性(Quality characteristics, QCs)进行分析和评估。数控机床的精度设计是多因素、多QCs要求的复杂工程优化问题,且各QCs需要满足特定的技术标准。针对数控机床的加工精度要求,识别出影响精度设计QCs的重要质量要素(Quality factors, QFs)。在此基础上,提出基于粗糙集(Rough set, RS)和质量功能配置(Quality function deployment, QFD)中质量屋(House of quality, HoQ)的反向映射模型。运用RS理论简化和提取满足加工质量要求的QFs,并提出应用近似精确粗糙数确定QFs的权重。通过构建精度设计的反向映射模型,实现主要QFs和精度设计QCs之间的转换,确定各精度设计QCs的重要度,帮助产品设计人员完成设计目标。以加工中心为例,验证该模型的实用性。

Abstract: In order to improve the machining accuracy, the accuracy design of quality characteristics (QCs) for numerical control machine is analyzed and evaluated. The accuracy design of numerical control machine is a complex engineering optimization problem with requirements of multiple factors and QCs, and all QCs need to meet specific technical standards. According to the requirement of process accuracy for numerical control machine, the quality factors (QFs) which have impact on accuracy design QCs are identified. Therefore, a reverse mapping model based on rough set (RS) and house of quality (HoQ) in quality function deployment (QFD) is also proposed. RS theory is first applied to simplify and extract the QFs of the machining quality. A novel concept known as approximate accuracy rough number is used to determine the final importance weights of the QFs. Furthermore, a reverse mapping model is designed to translate the main QFs into accuracy design QCs and confirm the importance degree of accuracy design QCs, which would help product designers achieve the design goals in product development. The applicability of the proposed reverse mapping model is demonstrated by an illustrative example of machining center.
