低频单一A0模态压电换能器设计及在板结构无损检测中应用

摘要: 针对板结构大范围兰姆波检测中单模态兰姆波激励问题,进行低频单模态压电换能器设计研究。基于理论模型和有限元仿真模型,对压电换能器频率特性的影响参数进行了数值分析,重点研究换能器背衬与前衬的厚度、密度、弹性模量等参数对其中心频率的影响。在此基础上,对不同结构参数的压电换能器进行性能测试,分析换能器背衬与前衬厚度对换能器频率特性及激励波形的影响,研制出适合板结构大范围无损检测的低频单一A0模态压电换能器。在此基础上,将研制的单模态兰姆波换能器应用于板结构阵列无损检测。

Abstract: To excite the single Lamb wave mode for non-destructive detection in plates, a low frequency piezoelectric transducer for exciting single-mode Lamb wave is designed. Based on theoretical model and finite element simulation model, the frequency response of piezoelectricity transducer is investigated. The influence of the parameters of backing mass and interface, such as thickness, density and elastic modulus are foused. Meanwhile, the performance testing of piezoelectric transducers with different structural parameters are conducted. The influences of parameters of transducer to the frequency characteristics and excitation waveform are investigated. As a result, a piezoelectric transducer is designed to excite low-frequency A0 mode Lamb wave in plates. The designed piezoelectric transducers are constituted into array for non-destructive testing in plates.
