热卷取踏步控制电液伺服系统仿真、试验及其应用

摘要: 卷取机是带钢热连轧生产线上的关键设备,传统卷取机由于不能及时避让带钢卷取过程的层差,卷取过程会产生强烈的冲击和振动,对设备造成危害。解决这一问题的方法是采用可避让层差的助卷辊踏步控制技术,为研制国内首批自主制造的热卷取机踏步控制电液伺服系统,使设计的系统能满足动态响应要求,了解和掌握踏步控制的核心技术,为设计、制造提供依据,为现场调试积累经验,参照实际卷取机建立模拟试验系统,进行数字仿真和试验研究,通过试验验证了模型的准确性。进一步建立包含液压管路、助卷辊动力学的踏步控制系统完整非线性模型,用数字仿真确定系统各组成元件的型号及参数、控制器的结构和参数,将设计的系统成功用于国内首批自主制造的踏步控制热卷取机,获得了实际卷取机踏步控制运行效果的验证,对国内推广应用踏步控制热卷取技术具有理论和实际意义。

Abstract: Hot coiler is a key equipment in the production line of hot strip mill. As the traditional coiler cannot timely avoid the difference between layers during coiling process, which results in strong impact and vibration to cause harm to the equipment. The method to solve this problem is using step controlled coiling roll technology. The electro-hydraulic servo system used for the first step controlled coiler is designed. To meet the requirement of dynamic response of step control, understand and master the knowhow of this technique, to provide the technical basis for designing and manufacturing the real coiler, and to accumulate the experience in on-site debugging, a analog test system is built by reference to the real coiler. In the light of this test platform, the nonlinear mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servo system including pipes and the coiling roll is established. Then simulation and test are carried out. The results verifies the correctness of the model. The type and size of the used components, the structure and parameters of controller are determined by digital simulations. Finally the designed electro-hydraulic servo system is successfully applied in the real step controlled coiler first domestically. The practical operation results of step control confirm the correctness of research work. The research results have theoretical and practical significance for promoting wide application of the step controlled hot coiler technology in China.
