承载钢丝绳在不同预张力下的弯曲疲劳损伤研究

摘要: 以6×19+FC点接触式钢丝绳为研究对象,研究钢丝绳在不同预张力下的弯曲疲劳损伤行为,考察不同预张力对弯曲疲劳寿命、损伤量值、外层可见断丝数和钢丝之间的微动磨损的影响,探索其疲劳损伤机制。在自制的钢丝绳弯曲疲劳试验机上开展钢丝绳在不同预张力下的弯曲疲劳试验,采用钢丝绳无损检测仪和人工检测方法分别判定不同预张力下钢丝绳的弯曲疲劳寿命,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察分析钢丝绳的疲劳损伤机制。结果表明,钢丝绳的弯曲疲劳寿命随着预张力的增大而减小,其损伤量值和外层可见断丝数随着弯曲疲劳次数的增加而增大,断丝均发生在外层钢丝与弯曲滑轮磨损严重处,断丝长度有集中现象;其疲劳断裂机理表明,钢丝绳内部钢丝之间的微动磨损亦是影响钢丝绳疲劳寿命的重要因素。

Abstract: The 6×19+FC point contact rope is taken as the research object to study the bending fatigue behavior of the hoisting rope. The influence of the pre-tension to the bending fatigue life, the damage value and the number of the visible broken wires is investigated to explore the fatigue damage mechanism. The effect of the pre-tension on the bending fatigue behavior is tested by the test carried out on the self-made bending fatigue apparatus. Wire rope nondestructive testing instrument and manual inspection are used to detect the bending fatigue life, respectively. Furthermore, the morphologies of the fatigue damaged steel wire surfaces are observed on the optical electron microscope and the S-3000N scanning electron microscope. The results show that, the damage value and the number of the visible broken wires in the outer layer increase with the increase of pre-tension while the bending fatigue life of the wire rope decrease. The broken wires appear at the position of the outer layer where wear seriously with the bending pulleys. Moreover, broken wires appear length value concentration. Furthermore, the result that the fretting wear among the internal wires is also an important factor on fatigue life of wire rope is obtained by analyzing the morphologies of the wire wear scars on the optical electron microscope and the S-3000N scanning electron microscope.
