Hot Deformation and Error Analysis of Sprocket Wheel Tooth Profile for Even Tooth Sintering Machine

摘要: 针对烧结系统运行时出现的台车速度波动、冲击等问题,从系统温度变化引起星轮体热变形的角度寻求问题的症结所在。基于一维稳态传热方程,建立星轮基圆内温度场分布的数学模型,根据其分布规律,得出基圆半径的径向变形量求解方程,结合星轮齿廓曲线,得到热变形后的实际齿廓曲线方程式。依据热变形前后齿廓曲线的几何关系,得到评价齿廓热变形误差的参数,并结合实例进行计算,定量描述热变形量对齿廓曲线的影响,应用有限元软件对齿廓的热变形进行仿真,得到星轮齿廓的位移分布曲线,仿真结果由于仿真误差等因素影响比理论计算略大,验证理论值的正确性,为分析烧结系统运行的不稳定性及后续星轮制造时的修形工作提供参考,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: In allusion to velocity fluctuation, impacting and other issues of pallet cars for running sintering system, research on hot deformation of the sprocket wheel caused by temperature change is used to resolve the crux of the above-mentioned problem. Based on one-dimensional steady state heat transfer equation, establishes the mathematical model of temperature distributions in the base circle of sprocket wheel, according to its distribution characteristics, obtains the solving equations about radial deformation value of the base circle radius, associating with the tooth profile curve, deduces the actual tooth profile curve equations after hot deformation. Based on the geometric relationship of tooth profile curve before and after hot deformation of sprocket wheel, the parameters evaluated tooth profile error of hot deformation are acquired, and example is calculated, describes quantitatively the thermal deformation on the tooth profile curves, hot deformation for the tooth profile is simulated by finite element software, the displacement distribution curve of tooth profile is obtained, the simulation results are slightly larger than the theoretical calculations due to such factors as the simulation error, the correctness of the theoretical value is verified, it provides references for analyzing the instability of sintering system and the next tooth profile modification during manufacturing, has a certain application value.
