太阳辐射下车窗玻璃特性对车内温度场的影响研究

摘要: 太阳辐射严重影响着汽车乘员舱内的热环境,因此降低太阳辐射对车内热环境的干扰对提高乘员乘坐热舒适性及降低汽车能耗有着重要的作用。基于热平衡方程,对汽车乘员舱内外的传导、对流及辐射换热进行分析及理论推导,给出太阳及环境辐射对车内的传热过程的计算方法,并对在我国南方夏季典型天气环境条件下汽车的换热过程进行数值计算,分析不同传热方式对车内温度场的影响作用。结果表明,太阳辐射是车内温度场的最主要影响因素。重点讨论不同车窗玻璃特性对车内温度场的影响,得知车窗玻璃透射率对车内温度场的影响显著,选择合理透射率的车窗玻璃可以大幅降低车内温度值,从而可以在保证乘员的热舒适性的同时降低汽车空调能耗。同时评估车内物体表面辐射吸收率对其温度的影响作用,结果表明存在太阳辐射的情况下表面辐射吸收率对其自身温度的影响明显。

Abstract: Solar radiation has a serious impact on the thermal environment in vehicle compartment, thereby reducing the interference of solar radiation to vehicle compartment has an important role in both improving passenger thermal comfort and reducing energy consumption. Based on the heat balance method, this paper expresses the theoretical derivation of heat transfer process in vehicle compartment, including conduction, convection and radiation, and presents a method to calculate environmental and solar radiations in the vehicle compartment. Based on the theoretical study the research carries out numerical simulation to evaluate the effects of different heat transfer processes on the temperature profile in a vehicle compartment under the typical solar radiation in South China. The result indicates that the solar radiation is the main factor that affects the temperature profile. To reduce the influence of solar radiation, the investigation also evaluates the impact of windshield glazing properties and object absorption rate on the compartment temperature profile. It is noted that the transmission rate of glaze and object absorption rate have significant impact on the compartment temperature profile. The proper transmittance for windshield glaze can significantly reduce the temperature inside the compartment, which can improve the occupant thermal comfort and potentially reduce vehicle air conditioning energy consumption.
