摘要: 围绕产品族配置设计中实例检索过程的准确性问题,提出一种基于可拓距的实例检索方法。分析现有的相似度计算公式的不足,通过对距计算公式的改进,针对检索特征值不同的情况,将局部相似度分为点到点、点到区间和区间到区间3种类型,提出不同的区间值相似度计算方法,建立满足客户定制设计要求的点与区间的相似度模型。给出相似度标准差的动态赋权方法,并与客户的需求偏好进行权重组合进而计算总体相似度。将可拓距相似度计算方法应用于油锯实例配置设计,并在基于VC++6.0/Solidworks的可拓实例检索与配置系统中进行验证,表明该方法具有处理实例检索中确定及其不确定性信息的能力,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency and accuracy in the process of case retrieval for the product family configuration design, a case retrieval method based on the extension distance is presented. Extension distance contains numeric to numeric, numeric to set and between sets. The difference between the retrieval features is the main standard. Then the extension similarity model is built on the basis of extension distance to meet the configuration demand. And the standard deviation related with the similarity is introduced to distribute the dynamic attribute’s weights which also considers the customer’s preference. A chain saw is used as a case to verify the usefulness and effectiveness. It is demonstrated that the method can process the precise and imprecise information effectively in case retrieval. With VC++6.0 and Solidworks, the configuration system is designed to realize the method mentioned.
