Defect Visualization for Alternating Current Field Measurement Based on the Double U-shape Inducer Array

摘要: 为了满足交流电磁场检测(ACFM)技术缺陷可视化的需要,引入一种双U形正交激励阵列,在工件表面感应出旋转电磁场,有效地避免了缺陷方向对检测的影响,为缺陷可视化提供充足的信号数据;在此基础上,提出缺陷截面形状轮廓和表面形状轮廓的可视化方法,有限元仿真分析结果显示该方法对缺陷形状的反演平均相对误差不超过10%;利用实验室建立的ACFM正交U形激励阵列试验系统对该可视化方法进行了验证试验,结果表明该方法简便可行,缺陷形状反演精度高,能够有效地实现ACFM的缺陷可视化检测。

Abstract: To meet the demand for defect visualization in alternating current field measurement (ACFM) technique, a double U-shape orthogonal inducer array is introduced. This excitation method induces a rotational electromagnetic field, which effectively avoids the influence of defect orientation on detection and provides sufficient signal data for defect visualization. The inversion methods of surface shape and cross section shape of defect are proposed on the basis of the rotational electromagnetic field. The results of FEM simulation analysis show that the average relative errors of these inversion methods are less than 10%. Verification tests are carried out for these inversion methods by using the ACFM testing system built in the laboratory, and the results prove that these methods are simple and feasible, and can effectively realize real-time defect visualization for ACFM.
