On-board Torque Estimation Base on Mean Value SI Engine Models

摘要: 全球环境和能源问题的日益突出,使并联混合动力成为近期汽车研究开发的热点。动态协调控制是并联混合动力系统控制的难点之一。发动机在线转矩估计是动态协调控制算法的关键。简要介绍汽油机平均值模型,并在模型基础上推导平均有效转矩的表达式。推导结果表明,影响转矩的主要参数为指示效率、摩擦和泵气阻力矩、充气系数与进气歧管压力的乘积。针对某电喷汽油机,对转矩估计式中的参数进行辨识。进行稳态和动态条件下的在线转矩估计。稳态试验在10%节气门开度、不同转速下进行,估计的相对误差在7%以内;动态试验在负载转矩为40 N•m、节气门开度从24%阶跃上升到44%下进行,动态估计的相对误差在8.5%以内。结果表明,基于汽油机平均值模型的在线转矩估计算法具有一定的准确性。

Abstract: Parallel hybrid electric vehicle is becoming an attractive technique in the research of automobile for the reason of environment and energy. Coordinated control issue is one of the difficult control issues of parallel hybrid electric system. On-board engine torque estimation is the key technology of coordinated control algorithm. Mean value SI engine modeling is introduced and an expression of the mean effective torque is derived on the basis of the model. The derivative result shows that main parameters which affect the mean effective torque are indicative efficiency, friction torque and pump torque, and product of volumetric efficiency and air pressure of manifold. Parameters of the expression are identified by experimental results of an electric-controlled SI engine. Calculation for steady and dynamic states is presented. Steady experiments at a throttle position of 10% and different speeds are performed on the engine. Comparison of experiment and calculation results shows all relative errors are within 7%. Moreover, dynamic experiments are carried out with a load of 40 N•m and a throttle step from 24% to 44%. Relative errors are less than 8.5%. Error analysis shows that on-board torque estimation based on the mean value SI engine model is acceptable.
