摘要: 高频微型脉冲管制冷机在许多领域具有重要作用,目前从原理样机到实用化的成品机仍有一些问题须要解决。介绍在一台达到世界先进水平的高效同轴脉冲管制冷机的基础上进行实用化的工程样机研究,并通过模拟计算分析两台脉冲管制冷机工程样机与原理样机的区别及其自身特点,为进一步开展工作奠定了基础。制作的两台工程样机基本达到了原理样机的制冷性能,不锈钢结构的工程样机外观精美、结构紧凑,但由于材料和外形的原因,制冷性能稍逊于原理样机;铜壁结构的工程样机性能优于不锈钢样机,足以满足工程项目的需要,但重量有所增加。

Abstract: Pulse tube cryocoolers have important role in many fields. There are some problems yet to be solved for producing a pulse-tube cryocooler as a finished product instead of an experimental cooler. Research of product coolers based on an experimental cooler is introduced. The differences between product and experimental coolers are analyzed through analog computation. This can benefit further work. The product cooler made of stainless steel has fine exterior appearance and compact structure, but its cooling effect is slightly inferior to the experimental cooler due to the material and shape. The product cooler with copper-wall structure is superior to the stainless steel one in performance and can satisfy the requirement of engineering project, but it is heavier.
