摘要: 探讨了柴油机微粒过滤器三维声学模型的简化方法,利用 Sysnoise 软件对简化模型进行热态下的三维数值模拟计算,得到微粒过滤器的传递矩阵。采用传递矩阵法计算微粒过滤器热态下的插入损失。在半消声实验室中搭建发动机试验台架,测试发动机标定点下微粒过滤器的插入损失。测试结果与计算结果对比分析验证了声学模型的合理性,可为优化设计微粒过滤器提供必要的理论依据。

Abstract: The method of simplifying the three-dimensional acoustical model of diesel particulate filter (DPF) is discussed, then the simplified model is put into Sysnoise to do the acoustical analysis in operating condition and the transfer matrix of DPF is found. By using the transfer matrix method the insertion loss in operating condition can be calculated. In an half anechoic laboratory the engine testbed is established, the insertion loss of DPF is measured in the operating condition. The comparison between experimental and calculating results demonstrates the correctness of the acoustical modal, providing theory basis of optimizing the DPF design.
