Stresses Analysis and Measure of the Wavy Heat Transfer Plate Made by Resistance Welds

摘要: 根据有限元法建立利用电阻点焊和缝焊制造的鼓泡型波面传热板的三维应力分析模型,研究并开发这种强化传热零件的应力计算程序。通过理论分析和程序模拟计算,得出传热板在不同内压下的板片应力分布规律,校核这种特殊传热零件的可靠性,同时考察沿某一映射路径板片的应力分布情况。通过与应力测试结果进行比较,验证计算结果的可靠性。

Abstract: The 3D stresses analysis model of the wavy plate using for heat transfer that is manufactured by resistance spot welds and seal welds is established with element analysis methods. A numerical simulation program is developed for the analysis. Based on results of theory analysis and simulation calculations, the distribution of stresses on the heat transfer surface of wavy plate is acquired under the different inner pressures. The reliability of spot welds of the wavy plate is investigated. In addition, the distributions of stresses along some certain mapped paths are examined. The accuracies of the numerical simulation results have been verified by comparing with the stresses measure results.
