摘要: 研究砂轮主轴偏心误差及垂直度误差对齿面误差的影响规律,目的是研究它们之间的定量关系。基于展成法加工大轮,由啮合原理建立无误差砂轮与有误差砂轮情况下的大轮齿面方程,通过理论齿面与误差齿面的差曲面得到实际齿面的法向误差。提出主轴偏心误差及垂直度误差的误差敏感方向概念和确定误差敏感方向的计算方法,得到误差敏感方向上砂轮位置度误差量与齿面误差的关联规律,以及发生砂轮位置度误差时齿面误差的分布规律。研究内容与方法有助于螺旋锥齿轮齿面误差溯源与齿面加工反调。

Abstract: A study of the effect of grinding wheel spindle eccentricity errors and perpendicularity errors on tooth surface errors is presented, aimed to find the quantitative relationship between them. Based on the meshing theory, the theoretical tooth surface and real tooth surface of gear are obtained. And the normal errors of tooth surface are obtained by analyzing the difference surface of the real tooth surface and the theoretical surface. The concept of sensitive orientation of grinding wheel errors and computing method for sensitive orientation of grinding wheel errors are proposed, and the relation between grinding wheel spindle errors and tooth surface errors is researched too. These works are helpful to tracing and compensation of the spiral bevel gears errors.
