摘要: 永磁直线同步电动机(Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,PMLSM)采用每极每相槽数小于1(q<1)分数槽结构,解决了运行的平稳性,这种直线电动机的高推力密度特性是PMLSM设计分析的关键问题。基于此,为了分析PMLSM的负载特性,建立基于二维磁场方程的PMLSM有限元分析模型。采用开放边界条件,将边端漏磁对PMLSM的影响加入有限元模型中去,提高了分析精度。从时空相量图出发,设定q<1分数槽绕组的三相电流分布,采用松弛因子法调节α角,对PMLSM额定负载推力进行迭代计算,得到采用瞬时电流法计算的PMLSM负载特性及其参数。同时对试验样机进行参数实测,将有限元计算结果和实测结果进行比较。结果表明,有限元分析模型能够确定PMLSM的负载特性,并获取PMLSM的参数以及功角特性,交、直轴同步电感参数对PMLSM的运行控制具有很大参考意义。

Abstract: By stability achievement of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) with slots per phase per pole less than 1(q<1) fractional slot, thrust force density becomes the key point in analysis and design of the motor. To analyze the load characteristics, a finite element method(FEM) model of PMLSM is set up based on 2D electromagnetic field equations. Taking influence of end-leakage to PMLSM into account, open-boundary condition is used to improve the precision of analysis. With fixed three-phase winding current of fractional slot from space-time vectogram, relaxation factor method is used to adjust angle α. By iterating the normal rated thrust, load characteristic and parameters are obtained by instantaneous current method. Experimental prototype is used for parameter measurement. Comparing the FEM calculation with actual measurements, results show that FEM based model can confirm the load characteristic and obtain the parameters and power-angle characteristic of PMLSM. Direct-quadrature axis inductances give a good reference to the motion control of PMLSM.
